The Rogers Short Film Festival is dedicated to the growth of filmmakers and filmmaking. The Festival provides a unique platform for filmmakers from around the world to compete against their peers in a variety of short film categories. The dazzling 2nd Street Studios in Historic Downtown Rogers, AR, will host this year’s Festival, which is open to the public. It’s a unique experience featuring a non-stop, groovy weekend filled with outstanding films, networking, food, music, and entertainment!
It’s official! We are now an approved 501c3 Non-Profit Organization!
As 501c3 organization, we are exempt from federal income tax under section 501c3 of Title 26 of the United States Code. It is one of the 29 types of 501c nonprofit organizations in the US. As such, sponsorship contributions are tax deductive. (Consult with your CPA or tax advisor to confirm.)
All money that we receive goes directly into the running of the festival and nowhere else.

Staff! We have wonderful interns from universities and trade schools in Arkansas who are each responsible for areas of the festival. They are doing this because they love the work and they love the cause, but we are adamant about covering room, board, travel, and fun during their time here.
Printing! From credentials, to posters, merchandise, programs, banners, schedules, and more, it takes a lot of stuff to get the word out and keep the festival organized and running smoothly.
Events! Venues, technicians, travel & accommodations for our jury and speakers, food, drinks, venue fee, music, and more! These are the elements that contribute so much to the high value of our networking events. Most of our filmmakers and guests reported that this was the highlight of the festival!

You’ll be assigned a personal liaison for the weekend to assist with any questions or requests throughout your attendance at the festival.
If you’re coming from out of town or have a guest in need of lodging, we will provide a complimentary hotel room along with transportation services to and from the festival.
Mainstage feature on our dazzling film screen at the 2nd Street Studios. Whatever logo, commercial, graphics, design etc. you would like to feature, we’ll display it solo for all to see in between every film screened during the festival.
Your company will be featured at every event and venue, and on social media with your logo, graphic, and any products you would like displayed. In past festivals, foot traffic averaged at just over 400 attendees, not including media presence. This year, we expect these numbers to double.
If you have a specific event during the festival that you would like to claim singular sponsorship for, it’s all yours.

This is a fantastic way to not only display and feature your product, but also take advantage of sponsorship perks! If your In-Kind sponsorship contribution is approximately equal to the value of a sponsorship level, you’ll receive all the included sponsorship perks. Examples:
